Just playing around with some still life photography at the end of the summer - I hadn't posted this anywhere outside deviantART until now. I'm still debating whether or not to redo this one or not; it seems like it has room for improvement.

So, I've been wondering over the past few days...

What will life be like in nursing homes when our generation grows old? Will we stubbornly cling to Facebook, iPods, and other things considered "hip" by today's standards, or will we embrace what is considered new and innovative? How will our generation react to change in the world by that point?

Weclome to My New Blog!

Greetings, one and all!

It's been such a long time since I've been a part of the blogging craze, but I've been inspired to get back into it after reading the musings of various friends - online and in real life. (Plus, I needed some way to fulfill my writing compulsion ever since quitting the newspaper staff at school. ;)) There's just so much to write about - life in Longview, random contemplations, anecdotes from school, this upcoming election, and what God has been doing in general. I may even be able to post some short stories from the ol' personal archives, so stay tuned! Although I'm currently using this one blog only, I may begin starting a few others specifically for some of the purposes mentioned above. Hope you enjoy reading!
